Roundhay Chiropractic Clinic

After suffering severe lower back pain, which wasn’t helped by my GP services, I decided to get in touch with this chiropractic service, which is within walking distance of where I live. My problem was immediately diagnosed and I felt that I was definitely in the right place, with people who know exactly what they’re doing. Everyone is lovely and helpful and the treatment prices are very reasonable. I’m absolutely sure that if I hadn’t visited this chiropractor I would be in a worse situation than I am now. I would definitely recommend.

In 1988 after initially being diagnosed with a slipped disk by my GP and told to take pain killers and lay on a hard surface I was persuaded to visit a Chiropractor, and was given Mark Holbeck's name. He gave me a thorough examination and diagnosed no slipped disk, but actually I had one leg which was 1/4" longer than the other, resulting in my spine coming out of alignment and trapping the nerves in my lower back. Anyway after treatment I could actually stand up straight and haven't looked back. I go on average twice a year and this usually forestalls any more pain!

The clinic is very friendly and welcoming and you are made to feel right at home. All the staff are very good and the Chiropractors are excellent. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else!

Treatment for back ache

Having always suffered off and on and with lower back pain which the GPs have always said there was little that a GP could do other than suggest pain killers, I was referred to Roundhay Chiropractor Clinic in 2008 by my GP due a different problem, my neck had started to click really irritatingly all the time and loudly - to me anyway, due to hours on the laptop at work (I call it my laptop neck!!). I was treated successfully over 8 weeks and this problem has never returned. Since then I have also tackled my lower back pain as well and made appointments for treatment which is probably a few treatment sessions once or twice a year.

I have received excellent treatment and service at Roundhay Chiropractor Clinic and would recommend them highly.

As an aside, there is good parking either in the grounds or on street outside which is relatively quiet- which matters if you have awful back ache!
