I was recommended Swiss Physio by a friend and it's one of the best recommendations I've had. As a badminton player, I had trouble with my knees and wasn't able to run. The treatment room is impressive with lots of equipment and aides. Got treatment on the knees and legs and was informed that my posture was contributing to most of it. Angela gave me lots of exercises to do and videoed me doing them on my phone so I wouldn't forget what to do. Worked a treat and on going back to badminton I could move and run as if nothing had happened. She did such a good job I haven't needed to return but at the slightest sign of injury, I would not hesitate in returning. Mega value for money as it put me back on the court. I would recommend this clinic with no reservations.

I have been having issues with my lower back for a few months and as it is hard to get into a doctor and then wait for physio, so I decided to have a sports massage. Beth got to the issue and told me what the issue is. As it is an ongoing issue I will need a few treatments. Willing to pay the price to hopefully treat the issue. Special mention to Beth, who puts you at ease and is great at what she does.

Chiropractic is a profession that specialises in the diagnoses, treatment and prevention of mechanical disorders of the musculo- skeletal system and its effects upon the spinal nerves. It takes five years in full time education to become a chiropractor. Chiropractors use their hands to adjust your spine and limbs where signs of restriction in movement occur, improving mobility, easing pain and inflammation and relieving any pressure on spinal nerves. This treatment or adjustment therefore allows the joints to return to normal mobility then the body uses its own healing processes, which we recognise in ability to heal cuts, bruises, broken bones and fight infections. At a Consultation you will be welcomed and asked to fill out a brief questionnaire relating to your general health and contact details. After watching a short video you will have a better understanding about chiropractic and how your nerves, spine and joints work and can cause pain. You will be given a tour of the clinic and introduced to your chiropractor. Your chiropractor will consult with you in confidence, asking detailed questions relating to your present complaint, past history and lifestyle. You will have the time to provide him with all relevant information. Your area of complaint, entire spine and posture will be examined thoroughly using neurological, orthopaedic and physical tests. The chiropractor uses specialised palpatory techniques which will note changes in your muscle tone and joint movement patterns. These motion tests are also carried out before each treatment to evaluate your progress. If necessary you will be x-rayed or referred for MRI. Your appointment will be made at this time, usually within a few days.
