I came into chiropractic after receiving treatment as a child and since I love meeting new people and lots of variety, becoming a chiropractor myself, seemed the perfect career choice.

I have an extremely rewarding job and spend a lot of my time helping women remain comfortable and active during pregnancy and then help their babies feed and sleep well which always makes me popular!

It’s also great because it means I get to care for the extended family too including dads and grandparents. Working with such a variety of patients means I use several different techniques including western medical acupuncture, depending on what each individual needs.

Originally from Aberdeen in Scotland, I studied for 5 years at the Anglo-European College of Chiropractic in Bournemouth. In 2013 I was awarded a post graduate Masters degree in paediatric (child) musculoskeletal health making me one of the few chiropractors in the UK with this level of qualification. I love being in the East Midlands and have worked in Nottingham since 2011.

In my spare time I enjoy keeping active and taking up new challenges. I am a keen weight lifter and enjoy walking up mountains with my husband and pug. My biggest climb came after a challenge from a patient to climb Kilimanjaro in Africa which I did for charity in 2012. I also work with the Royal College of Chiropractors, helping train and support new graduates as they enter the world of chiropractic practice.

I love being a Chiropractor, whether it’s helping people new to us discover the benefits of Chiropractic, or seeing a friendly face for their monthly check-up to keep them in good shape.

My patients vary from professional athletes, wanting to keep themselves at the top of their game, to the guy who sits 9-5 at a desk all week suffering from aches and pains. They know the importance of looking after themselves so they can be the caring parent, loving spouse or cross that finishing line first.

I use a variety of treatment techniques to to restore and maximise the way your nerves, joints and muscles move and function, commonly using kinesio-taping and rehabilitation to help your body move the way it should.

I am originally a local Nottinghamshire lass, but moved away to Bournemouth to study at the prestigious Anglo-European College Of Chiropractic. I studied there for 5 years and was delighted when I was awarded the Royal College of Chiropractors award for my Masters dissertation. I eventually returned to my home county and have worked in busy Nottinghamshire clinics ever since.

When I’m not in the clinic, I enjoy going to the gym and the odd music concert with my American husband and spending quality time with my family.

Hi my name is Steve and having studied in China for many years, I am qualified in a range of therapies including Tui Na (a type of fully-clothed massage) and acupuncture.

Typically I spend an hour with patients using traditional Chinese methods to help relive everything from tight muscles, stress and tension to hormone imbalances and digestive problems.

Either alone or in conjunction with Chiropractic Care, I help patients to feel lighter and more lifted as they experience the healing effects of Chinese medicine on their body.
