Many musicians have regular chiropractic care as they spend long hours in the same position. It was whilst visiting a chiropractor himself that Ross became fascinated with what chiropractic could do. He was so impressed with the help he received that he decided to go back to university and train to be a chiropractor himself. He won a Masters Degree from the Welsh institute of Chiropractic at the University of Glamorgan and became passionate about helping people understand the importance of looking after their bodies and in particular, of maintaining correct posture. 

He says:

“It is so important to an individual’s health to correct poor posture. I treat a lot of musicians and give them specific advice on how to adapt their posture. The principles apply to everyone, from children to adults, from active sports people to sedentary office workers and it’s really important to address any problems as early as possible.”

As the son of a chiropractor, Chris grew up with chiropractic ‘from the cradle’ and developed a deep fascination with human biology and the nervous system.
