About KH Chiropractic - Exeter

KH Chiropractic is conveniently located between Aldgate and Liverpool Street, London.

Our Chiropractors are fully qualified and registered. Their 5years masters degree training qualifies them to diagnose, treat and manage conditions related to joints, ligaments, tendon and nerves. Our Aldgate Chiropractors are careful selected due to their passion for Chiropractic and how it can help so many people. Our Principle Chiropractor Karen Habershon also has a special interest in treating women through pregnancy and paediatrics.

Chiropractic treatment aims to free joints that aren’t moving properly and remove disruptions in the nervous system. Treatment is tailored to the individual, for instance much lighter techniques such as cranial work would be used on paediatrics and gentle facial release techniques during pregnancy in comparison to a sports man or woman.

At KHChiropractic (conveniently located between Liverpool Street / Aldgate / Moorgate and Bank) we have a particular interest in office and sports injuries, in addition to pregnancy and paediatric related complaints. Our aim is to improve productivity in the workplace, return athletes to play and alleviate musculoskeletal complaints associated with pregnancy, while promoting a healthier quality of life.

We love treating babies at KH Chiropractic Aldgate. Our principle female Chiropractor Karen Habershon has spent many years helping babies with musculoskeletal related issues. Often babies that have a traumatic birth (such as C-section and assisted delivery), can experience some discomfort. Although they can't speak to us about how they feel, there are many details you can obtain from the mothers pregnancy and labour, not to mention the gentle physical examination.

Paediatric Chiropractic care is often successful in relaxing unhappy babies using very gentle techniques. The pressures used on a baby are no-where near what would be used on an adult and can be compared to the pressure used to test how ripe fruit is.

Your babies Chiropractor will examine the baby for any mechanical dysfunctions that could be causing their symptoms. For instance a baby requiring a C-Section enters the world in a very different way to a vaginal birth. Usually quicker without the usual stroking action as it passes through the mothers pelvic. Assisted births can also result in additional pressure and forces on the skull and body that perhaps would not have occurred if this intervention wasn't necessary.

Please understand that if your baby does require a C-section or assisted delivery this decision would have been in your babies best interests at the time. It's important to remember this.

Each patient must first visit for an Initial Consultation which includes full history taking, examination and treatment. This lasts 45 minutes to 1 hour and costs £95.

Any follow sessions after this last 20 minutes and cost £60. 

We do offer packages for those that require a series of treatment which are more cost effective.

Prenatal Chiropractic Care

Our Chiropractors really enjoy helping women through pregnancy as comfortably as possible. Techniques are carefully selected considering your past medical history and pregnancy. 

Treatment is gentle and safe and takes into consideration how the pregnant body changes during pregnancy.

Biography:

Karen has experience working in clinics in London and running her own practice for 12 years. She has worked in Fulham, Harley Street, Canary Wharf and the City of London. 

After growing up on a Dairy farm in Wiltshire, Karen always knew she would return to a more rural setting. She has a passion for Devon and enjoys surfing, hence setting up a clinic in Exeter.

Her experience includes treating
