I went to The Ailesbury Clinic after being disappointed by another high profile clinic for a sagging neckline issue. I was amazed at the first FREE consultation with a lovely registered nurse Rebecca that although I wasn't a suitable candidate for Elexis, they are so honest not money grabbers she actually brought me through to the lovely Patrick himself! he assessed me and gave me hope. Then COVID! I got a call from Ailesbury after that and went in again to see if threads would work. Elexis would have been an option with threads but I have a titanium implant in my shoulder so that ruled that out. Patrick again came in he's just so kind and genius with his time and discussed with Dr.Kielty on other options I've never seen such effort put in. When Patrick even went to dig out an older version called Polaris there was no consent form - No stopping him there .....he called me into his office and gave me the number of a specialist in this area who does Not Advertise...he turned down money said no point if it wasn't going to give me the results I wanted. This is rare in society now. I had 2 visits the staff were wonderful (thanks Marie also) and I will go back in a heartbeat as there are no gimmicks, videos or brochures promising the sun, moon and stars and would recommend them to anyone. Another fantastic surprise despite the prestige I was also amazed that the prices were within anyone's reach and some "Skin Clinics" ask more. Thanks again Patrick hope to see you and your wonderful team can see why they love working with you! I can see how much you really care and your success is not just down to your brilliance as an Aesthetic Doctor but Supreme Customer Service. After a painful incident which resulted in an upper jaw fracture and two broken front teeth and being told by my old dentist that I need to have these front teeth taken out, I sought a second opinion from Dr. Shenas, and I am so happy I did. From my first visit to my last both Dr Shenas and Magdalena were so kind and reassuring on the treatment plan which required root canal on my two front teeth, and I am pleased to say he "saved my smile" as I did not have to have my teeth removed. He also secured metal braces to realign my damaged teeth and jawline, finishing with Invisalign. Two years later my teeth are repaired, beautifully straight and I am pain-free. I cannot thank Dr. Shenas and his team enough, they did an amazing job. I now have a wonderful new dentist and I would not trust anyone other than Dr. Shenas to meet my future dental needs.

Ray the clinician was very helpful and understanding of my needs. I chose to visit the clinic for an enquiry. I will be going back in the New Year for treatment.
