My experience with hair loss started in my early twenties. It began thinning steadily over the years but it had rapidly progressed by the time I reached thirty. I never wore my hair down and regularly wore toppers as my hair was so transparent on the scalp and around the crown area. It took such a toll on my confidence and I would often be in tears at the thought of losing it. I exhausted all avenues too; various hair vitamins, hair toppers and hair extensions (the latter just exacerbated the problem). In the end, after a lot of research, I came across Horner and Brown in Coventry. We arranged a meeting and discussed my options. Michaela and Emma were very honest about expectations and we decided a combined laser and minoxidil treatment was the way forward. Initially, I lost a lot of hair, I was also shedding my postpartum baby hair so it was a double whammy for me, but over time I began noticing little baby hairs growing all around the front of my head where I had receded. I also felt new hair around my crown and scalp area. I am now at a point where my confidence has been restored, I no longer obsess about my hair and do not worry about the future. My hair feels healthy and fuller and I finally feel confident enough to wear it down. I can’t thank Emma and Michaela enough for their support, professionalism and honesty. Liz at Nu Asthetika was very welcoming, completely made me feel at home. She had a wonderful familiar nature which made me feel at ease and was happy to answer any questions I had about my treatment, she seemed very knowledgeable about aesthetics and very good at her job. Will definitely return and recommend it. The only reason I have given four stars is that she is based above a hair salon and I think if she had her own space, specifically for aesthetics, with a more clinical setting this would really set her apart.

I had Hydrafacial treatment today from here by Dr.Shareefa, She’s amazing, Her Hands were so gentle throughout the treatment, And this was my 2nd time in treatment. The atmosphere is very welcoming. The staff are very friendly and supportive. I highly recommend it. Thumbs up. Good Luck.

Staff are professional and highly skilled. Doctor explained everything step by step. This is my 1st aesthetic treatment and I was nervous but the doctor was explaining me and assured me in every step. Great result. Highly recommend Face Aesthetic Clinic. Have been using Bals services for several years now, she is very knowledgeable and puts you at ease throughout your treatment. Recently I had some nano threads inserted below my jaw line, it was literally pain free having them put in, Bal explained that the results would take around 6 weeks to appear as my natural collagen started to work.
