This is a non-surgical procedure to lift sagging skin and improve the appearance of the skin. The treatment takes from 45 minutes to one hour. SILHOUETTE SOFT was developed in the USA. Based on experience in suture suspension with cones, used in reconstructive surgery. Silhouette Soft has a lifting effect due to the cones which pull up the skin and hold it in place.  This treatment also has a regenerative effect which comes from the stimulation of new collagen after the treatment has been carried out. These effects are more noticeable after 3 months and last up to 18 months. it is a good alternative for patients that want to improve their appearance but don´t want to undergo a surgical facelift, especially in the lower third of the face and neck. There is a marked improvement to the definition of the jaw and an immediate lift of the sagging skin, but the result improves with time, especially the changes to the quality of the skin. It consists of threads which are absorbable, contain cones so they don't move from the place where they are fixed and help to pull up the skin. The threads are made of Polylactic acid which is completely biodegradable and generates the production of new collagen which helps to tighten the skin. After the procedure, it is normal to experience some swelling, bruising and redness on the face. It is also possible that some wrinkling to the area may occur but all these symptoms disappear after a short time.
