I had a small mole removed from my forehead by shave excision. My experience was brilliant from start to finish. The service I received was exceptional and there is almost no mark at all where the mole was. I’m a very happy customer.

I have been seeing Liz for about 6 months now and can’t recommend her enough for both her menopausal & aesthetic expertise (I see her for both & she is amazing). Our initial consultation was very thorough and I felt comfortable speaking to her about the numerous issues I was having with my menopause. I am extremely sensitive to medication and was nervous to take anything. She explained things so thoroughly & has tweaked things along the way. Liz is compassionate and caring, she’s changed my life!

Katyi of Grey Door Aesthetics was a very friendly lady who explained the treatment to me in detail and the removal was quick with only mild discomfort which I was expecting. I use OFF Laser to do my laser under arm and Brazilian hair removal and it was such an amazing experience. All the staff are super nice and very professional and know what they are doing. I highly recommend this place and I will be doing other future treatments with them. I also want to thank all therapists as they've always been amazing. I have referred a couple of friends already and will come back soon for other areas.

I first met Allison over a decade ago when I attended an appointment with a friend who was having some treatment. I had never had any treatment before that visit but had nervously considered it for a while. After watching my friend's treatment and how professional Allison was, we had a talk about myself & what I would like to achieve. I felt so comfortable and confident in Allison's professional knowledge and skills, I actually booked my 1st treatment there and then. I have only ever used Allison ever since then, for any form of treatment. I find she is so professional and really is very skilled. She always lets me know if I have made the right choice or not in regard to treatment plans, and I'm always grateful for her honesty. I've seen people have treatment elsewhere & I do have to say, I can always see the difference in the quality especially when it comes to lips, which Allison is awesome at by the way. I can never recommend Allison highly enough. Although she actually has Harley street professionals working for her now, I do always stick with Allison myself. Another thing I love is she's had the same receptionist since I very first visited, who is absolutely lovely and I think that says a lot about how she treats her staff alongside clients. The clinic itself is all white and very clinical and hygienic, it's designed to a very high spec. I always leave any appointment very happy with the care I've received.
