I have been to Vitalaiz twice in conjunction with WhatClinic. I have found this clinic superb in every way. The consultant is very friendly and thorough. I am very pleased with my treatment and will be returning late April, right through to September for more sessions.

Had a skin tag removed from my upper eyelid. The clinic is clean, welcoming and friendly. The procedure was fully explained and done painlessly and told what to expect after, very professional staff and highly recommended .

I have been going to Novello and seeing Yulia for years now. I have regular facials and see Yulia for my muscle relaxing injections and red light therapy. I have the most incredible results from these treatments and can quite confidently say I have never been happier with my skin. I have been coming to Dawn for many years. I lie about my age often - thanks to Dawn! It’s become an ongoing joke as I started taking 5 years off my DOB and now I take 10 years off! What I love the most is how professional Dawn is and on more than 1 occasion she has told me ‘you don’t need fillers’ or ‘ that will be too much for your lips/face’. Dawn will not take your money and will turn it away for you to look good, that’s not the case for all practitioners, unfortunately. I can not recommend Dawn enough and her new salon is a dream it’s very clinical and immaculate. I will continue rolling back the years with Dawn and recommending her, it’s our faces at the end of the day! Don’t take a risk with unrealistic offers book with a professional who cares.

Dr Ash does a great job in providing safe and natural-looking filler, she has expertly enhanced my nose and lips. I've also had several Lumecca treatments for my rosacea/thread veins. The clinic is always very professional and welcoming. Since my first 3 treatments, I have had compliments from friends saying how much clearer my skin is and I no longer need to hide behind foundation daily!

I always have the best experience when attending Dr Bong’s clinic. I was apprehensive about attending my first appointment, although I had researched and understood his qualifications I was nervous. He took time to understand what I thought I needed to improve and sublimely changed my mindset, he does know best, and I actually didn’t need everything I thought I did. Dr Bong set my assurance by expanding on his background and years of experience both in the treatments he provides along with an insight into the training he delivers around the world. Dr Bong discusses what is best and most suitable to keep me looking fresh. He is professional and respectful and I feel completely safe in his care. I’ve had lots of compliments about how great I and my skin look - 10 years younger effect. Absolutely 100% recommend. His support team are also really lovely and super helpful with appointments when you have a busy diary like me. 😊
