I know two friends who got Ultracel very cheaply via Groupon, and both of them complained that it was a total waste of money because they didn’t even get poor results; they got literally no results at all. What I’ve discovered since going to Dr Rakus for the treatment is that its success depends almost entirely on the quality of the machine used. Cheaper clinics use the cheapest machines, and - surprise surprise – deliver the worst (aka non-existent) results.

So friendly and informative! Honest with how many treatment sessions I needed, with no intention to make me pay more than required. Very detailed in telling me about aftercare and anything which May happen after the treatment. Really great experience.

I was extremely pleased with all stages of the treatment. Upon arrival, I was greeted with a cup of tea and seated. I had a consultation with Dr. Sophie, who was very patient and gave me the best advice and answered all my queries and addressed my worries- I even was allowed to bring my son with me which made me much more comfortable. Overall I had a very positive experience in a comfortable setting. I am looking forward to having a consultation with Dr. Raj Thethi.

I always catch my breath driving up the driveway to Facial Aesthetics the scenery is amazing and it immediately makes me feel calm and peaceful. As always there was a warm and friendly greeting when I arrived from Lucy at the front desk, the first time I have met Lucy but wow what an asset to the amazing team. Julie welcomed me, Julie has been taking care of me and my treatments for over fifteen years now which in itself tells you how amazing Julie is. Today I had my 3month injections in my forehead, I always have the three areas done by Julie and also have lip fillers, I like subtle which I feel is always achieved. Julie is not only an amazing practitioner, she talks you through the treatments to guide and advise you on your options and the treatments that are offered at Facial Aesthetics. I really could go on and on however will end this review firstly to thank Julie and her team for taking care of me for many years, I highly recommend Facial Aesthetics and I know you will feel the same after your experience at the clinic.

Jules is warm and welcoming from the moment you meet her. She has extensive knowledge and experience in her field and gave me some great advice. The treatment to remove thread veins off my face was exactly what I wanted and needed and I am very happy with the results. I have booked in for a different treatment with Jules as I am confident that the results will be just as good. Her prices are excellent when compared to other clinics!

My appointment was to remove the skin tag on the eyelid which was done very quickly along with a couple of others I didn't even realise were there. Also had some sun damage removed from my face and whiteheads which was a real bonus. All treatments were explained to me and carried out quickly and efficiently. I felt very comfortable and at ease in pleasant surroundings and appreciated the advice given to me on skincare. Very good value for money. Strongly recommend.

I attended the clinic for 3 separate monthly sessions off plasma treatment with Dr Prashant in order to stimulate some hair growth and thickening prior to my upcoming wedding. Everyone at the clinic is lovely and the experience is fun but professional. Dr Prashant is incredibly knowledgeable and with his expertise the treatment has delivered very pleasing results over such a short period.
