5 weeks post-op -breast augmentation from A to C. I cannot recommend Dr Matthew James highly enough. It took me almost 20 to finally go through with the operation, as I was always too scared to commit to the surgery in case something went wrong. After my initial consultation with Dr James, I knew straight away that I'm in safe hands. He made me feel very comfortable, very honest, thorough in explaining the pros and cons, answered all my questions and made the whole process feel really easy (which it was to be honest). Didn't feel any pressure at all to commit to the surgery which was a big bonus for me. He gave me an option of sizes, and his recommendations and I'm very happy that I have listened to him rather than going too big (5 weeks later and I don't really feel that I had the surgery or that I have implants in (they feel so in sync with my body). My breasts look very natural, and I couldn't be happier. The surgery itself went really well, staff at the Cadogan Clinic were really nice and carrying. Straight after the operation I felt fine, almost no pain, no bruising at all Incisions were really small and neat, few months and I probably won't even remember that they are there. Communication has been very easy and Tracey, his PA is also super nice and brilliant at answering any questions. Pricing was very clear from the beginning, with no hidden costs. Dr James was recommended to me by my friend, and I would absolutely recommend him to everyone who is looking for a natural results!

I attending Dermaesthetics on two occasions, first it was to get treated for my wrinkles, the Doctor and staff were amazing from greeting me through to the consultation and treatment. I was very pleased with the results as I have an eye for detail and my partner was even happier. I then returned to have some laser hair removal treatment with Alex, again from entry through to treatment it was seamless, natural and more importantly PAIN-FREE. The service I received from Tracey is consistently professional and friendly. She gives a full consultation to discuss one's needs and is honest about treatments and outcomes. The atmosphere is calm and I have been pleased with the results. I feel safe with her recommendations.

I chose this Clinic on the internet. I had a very pleasant consultation with Jenny on 26 September, when she explained every aspect of my electrolysis treatment. Unfortunately, she was not available at the only time that suited me to begin treatment on 1st October. Siobhan treated me instead and she was equally pleasant and professional. The reception staff were likewise. I thought their fees were reasonable. I have another appointment for tomorrow, 7th October. So far, so good.

Found the clinic most helpful. The young lady could not help with my problem but she was very kind and I will use it if needed.
