I came in for a tonsillectomy due to having bad tonsil stones for an extended period of time. The NHS wouldn't do anything for me and so I decided to go private, I heard this hospital was good and so chose here. I don't know if it was good value as it is a large amount of money, plus the consultation fee which seemed unnecessary given it was 10 minutes of information I already knew, and the doctor trying to convince me not to go through with it. My visit for the surgery was very good, everyone was super friendly and made sure I was alright. However, I don't believe I was informed of everything I could expect, leading to some symptoms being a bit of a surprise. For example, I was struck with terribly painful earache which I wasn't told to expect. I was also told any bleeding was a big concern, however when I did have some it turned out it wasn't too bad due to it being dark old blood which was fine; this was also not explained before hand. There was also a comment passed by the surgeon that I didn't agree with and left me somewhat unhappy. The lunch menu was also little limiting for someone with a smaller pallet, which could be expanded upon.

I had a colonoscopy done as a preventative diagnostic because of family history. There were no polyps but they would have been removed if present. From initial consultation with the doctor to the procedure took three days in Budapest. A translator was on hand when needed. Everything was done to very high standards, communication was always easy and fast. I will come back when it is time to do one again. The cost was 490 EUR which was 170 for the initial consultation, 30 for a blood test and 290 for the colonoscopy. Biopsy of any material removed would have been 30EUR per sample if needed. Excellent all round from initial communication via email to being picked up at the airport and treated. Costs were precisely as set out via email at the beginning. English was well spoken by all the staff I dealt with and Aniko the translator and coordinator were wonderful. The clinic is easy to get to and in a nice area. I walked up from the city centre a couple of times, but the metro or taxi was also easy.

Additionally, he took the time to address any concerns we had, reassuring my wife throughout the process. Dr. Enoz, along with his practice staff members, especially Ecem and Mustafa, were helpful, courteous, and efficient during every step of my wife's treatment. Scheduling appointments was a breeze, and there was minimal waiting time on the days of our visits, which we greatly appreciated. Thanks to Dr. Enoz's expert care and dedication, my wife's condition has improved significantly. We are incredibly grateful for the positive experience we had and would wholeheartedly without any reservations recommend Dr. Enoz to anyone seeking a highly competent and compassionate ENT doctor. We left following my wife's treatment, feeling confident in his surgical skills and reassured by the level of care received.
