Dr Masood and the nurse made me feel relaxed throughout and reassured about my decision from start to finish, from the day I contacted them to my end result. The whole process was swift, I went from a face to face discussion with Dr Masood to booking in my procedure a few weeks later. On the day of the procedure, I was in and out within a few hours. The nurse talked to me throughout and was wonderful at calming any jitters I had. Dr Masood was also wonderful in dealing with a post-procedure concern I had and personally contacted me. I'm so pleased with my results.
