Having been given a recommendation to Green Square Dental and being a nervous patient. I cannot speak highly enough of this dental practice. The staff are superb, Duncan Park is extremely professional, goes the extra mile to ensure you are put at ease and listens to what your dental needs are. I would highly recommend this practice and it gets a 5-star from me every time. This clinic is excellent in every way from its cleanliness, it's a comfortable seating area, extremely caring and professional staff. I attended this clinic with huge dental problems brought about by another dentist. Duncan gave a very thorough consultation, my treatment was discussed and carried out. Was referred to this practice to have an implant. I needed a bone graft before the implant could be fitted. Duncan was really professional and put me at ease and explained the process thoroughly. After the implant was in place, Rhianna took over and did all the x-rays and measurements for my crown to be fitted. The crown was so perfect and it was a great fit and thanks to her I got my smile back after eleven months. A big thank you to Duncan, Rhianna and the reception staff for your professionalism. The reception was great, but gaining entry is like entering an illegal drinking club with the covid restrictions. Knock on the window and if accepted you are led to a side door. This was my second dental consultation as I was not happy with my teeth and wanted veneers and a crown. After a pleasant consultation, I was happy with the compeitive price, which alsost halved the previous quotation elsewhere. Within a few weeks, I am sitting here with the same I requested and I am so happy. Dr Patel ensured I was comfortable at all times, whilst the work was carried out Midland Smile Centre had all the technology, which no need for a mouthful of mould. I would highly recommend Dr Patel and Midland Smile Centre
I saw Laila the hygienist and highly recommend her service. Not only did Laila do a wonderful job of cleaning, but she also provided expert oral care advice for the maintenance and protection of my teeth. Laila was so helpful and professional and has such a wonderfully warm manner that I felt relaxed, comfortable and confident with a process I have normally felt nervous about in the past. I have already given a 5-star review on Trustpilot however I have an update I wish to share, I had two Emax crowns and four Emax veneers replacing my existing, fantastic. I went to my lodgeside dentist today for a check-up and I explained the work I had done by Gus, well my dentist couldn’t stop praising the workmanship, how natural they look, the beautiful white and how reasonable the cost is, we are in total agreement. Beautiful work. Her assistant looked up Toothworks and my dentist wrote down all the details to recommend to, any enquiring clients of hers, praise indeed as my practice also deals in the cosmetic side but Gus is her recommendation and I’m not the least bit surprised.
