As a child in the, I was traumatised by my experiences at the hands of the school dental service which I carried through into my adult life. After suffering from years of pain through various issues with my teeth, I plucked up courage to contact Ferndale House Dental Practice to make an appointment. My fear was so great that I was actually in tears during the call. I attended my first appointment physically shaking but had no cause to worry. My first steps inside the reception completely changed my opinion. Every member of staff are very polite, friendly and helpful. Mr Duran is amazing, he calmed my extensive nerves and during every consultation, he asks if I feel ok with what is being done and stops whenever I need to take a break. I cannot praise Vijay and his staff enough. I have been a patient for a few years now always feel that nothing is any effort and always discuss procedures and treatment plan. After 2 long years (COVID restrictions) I had my new implants finally fitted yesterday and I am over the moon. Can’t stop smiling as very confident in the aesthetics. Vijay has done an amazing job. His support from his staff is second to none. Will be having more work done in the not so distance future. As they praise where praise is due. Thanks again to Vijay and his team.

I had two implants in 2016. I was very impressed with the whole, careful treatment plan. So impressed that I then had 2 more implants in 2019. Through every stage and the intervening time, I have never once had any discomfort or any cause to contact the surgery. I have been most impressed with the smooth operation of the entire team involved. I think the cost was maybe a little higher than other centres but it's true, you get what you pay for!

Had an appointment in the afternoon and my broken tooth was fixed in 30 minutes. Dr Saliba and his team were brilliant as usual. High quality with no pain or fuss. Total professionals.
