I traveled to Cancun to acquire dental treatment at Dentics, consisting of extractions and inserting 12 posts for implants. Prior to my arrival I conversed with Alex, who answered all my questions and helped me through the scheduling process. Upon arrival I communicated with Gabby, who scheduled my appointments and made sure I was well taken care of. The Dentics staff was professional, extremely competent and very kind. Throughout the entire process I could not have asked for a better team to take care of me. The temporary dentures I was provided with fit well and look very nice. I will return in May/June for my permanent implants. I am looking forward to seeing Alex, Gabby and the entire Dentic team.
I went to Circle Dental, Dr. Jimenez’s practice, I was very pleased with the work and service I received from the staff and dentist. They accommodated me in every way, from assisting me in my accommodations during the time I stayed until the time I departed. There liaison “Alli” was always available for assistance if needed. I had been wanting a tooth implant for a while and was really hesitant to go to Mexico. After much discussion with my husband, I decided to go. Much to my surprise, it was not as difficult as I thought. We were there with Dr Ramos early one morning, had a 3D x-ray done a few blocks away and confirmed that I was a candidate for the implant. It took about 40 minutes for the whole procedure. I have gone for a 2 week follow up for removal of stitches and will return in 4 months for the abutment and after that crown. Very happy so far.
