Fitted me in as a filling and part of tooth fell out. Fantastic treatment by extremely friendly staff. I’ll be going here for all my dental procedures in the future.

I came into SmileKind for a dental extraction, having waited a year on the Poole Hospital waiting list. I was nervous (of course!) but the lovely Hungarian receptionist was immediately welcoming. Then Sarah took me in - what a warm, kind and empathetic person she is. She explained what the procedure entailed and by the time Sami came in, I was much more relaxed. Sami too was delightful and totally reassuring. I knew I was in good hands and indeed, the procedure was over miraculously quickly and almost painless. He explained what I could expect in the following couple of days and Sarah gave me a very comprehensive sheet of instructions to take away. The next day, as promised, I was phoned to check if I was okay. I was! This practice is truly exceptional in its professionalism, expertise and compassion. I wish them all well. I booked an appointment to have a skin tag removed and was totally delighted with the service I was given. Treatment was done and over in 10 mins to a very high standard. Should I ever require any other treatments I’ll definitely go back there. Thank you to all the lovely staff.

I have always feared visiting the dentist , for that reason my teeth are destroyed and I have no smile I could be proud of . Today I had an appointment to have the damaged assessed and make a plan for future treatment . I was treated with consideration and kindness , I felt at ease , the examination was extensive and painless . I had x-rays taken to see what course of action would be best taken and at the end of the examination I had a chat with the dentist and a way forward was planned . My first impressions were good , I am feeling optimistic about the work to be done . I am looking forward to getting my smile back . Now the financial aspect . Todays bill was not cheap , however it was not over expensive . Overall I am very pleased with my experience , my future treatment plan and the final amount payable on completion of my treatment .

I am extremely pleased. I was due to present at an international academic conference in Tirana on a Friday afternoon. I broke my front tooth on the Thursday evening on my flight to Tirana from the London.

I had a cracked denture and it was repaired the day I went in. I decided to have a new denture made even though I now had repaired one. The clinic was extremely professional, spoke perfect English, and gave me confidence. The new denture was available within less than a week. They took the time to ensure it was perfectly comfortable, and it looks exactly how I wanted. Would recommend 100%
