An excellent experience, both on the human and professional side. They also found a last-minute slot to fix a cavity that wasn't planned. I found this clinic through online reviews. Thank you to all the staff and to the doctor for their kind availability. It is now my go-to place in Albania for dental care.

I attended yesterday 12th/10/23 for emergency denture. Alison arranged for it swiftly. Really nice friendly team. Dr Sophie Hellwell was amazing and made me feel comfortable. I am extremely pleased. I was due to present at an international academic conference in Tirana on a Friday afternoon. I broke my front tooth on the Thursday evening on my flight to Tirana from the London. 
Dr. Tarelli saw me at 10.am the next morning and I presented at the conference as planned as if the incident never happened. That’s what I call service excellence! I am a doctor too. D.D.S. I started my journey last year to have my upper teeth removed and a denture made as I had a lot of problems with my upper teeth and gums, I had a lot of problems with my new dentures not fitting and the alignment of the teeth. I must say Julie on the front desk and Jona was amazing. I cannot thank them enough for their help and understanding they are a credit to the clinic. After many appointments with the lab technician, I then had an appointment with Linda who also was amazing and professional she remoulded and arranged a new set of dentures which have absolutely changed my life they fit perfectly my confidence has grown tenfold thanks to Lisa and her team of girls. After my first 6 months of discomfort and regret of having dentures Linda has put that smile back on my face thank you Linda. Thank you Julie for your kindness and understanding you are a star 😬 I would definitely recommend Linda she is fantastic.

I reconnected with Fariba Younes after she stopped working in Solihull. I have found her treatment towards patients both caring and professional, always ensuring her work is of the highest quality. Because I am elderly, 80+, and diabetic, it is important to me to keep as many of my own teeth as possible, and Fariba sympathises with that philosophy. Fariba recently built up a broken tooth so as to stabilise a small denture which had lost its anchor. The embarrassment of a loose denture cannot be overstressed and this has been remedied by her expertise and dedication. A price worth paying? When faced with such a problem the cost of treatment is well worth it. After all, expertise like hers should be rewarded. I will recommend Fariba to anyone who asks me for an excellent dental surgeon for treatment from scale and polish to implants. She is the best dentist I have had in 80 years!

Really happy with my experience here. I'm English and I was looking for an English speaking dentist and I'm happy to say this dentist did everything they said they would. My teeth cleaning was excellent, I feel like a new man. Thank you so much everybody involved,
