Hello, I've just returned from Izmir where I had plastic surgery arranged by Medlife. I had my "cupcakes" beautified and all I can say is the whole experience from start to finish was amazing. Everything was well organised and planned...no delays... All the people involved in my procedure did a superb job. A massive thank you to GIZEM for organizing everything so well and always being on the end of the phone line if needed. IRMAK for your time and support in translating everything and taking me from A to B with a very kind and helpful driver. A lovely, gentle and caring nurse HARIKA who looked after me the whole night just after the procedure and, finally, the very talented and professional Dr.MURAT MEL IH CAN for your great job.

Dr Boztosun did a great job for my first-ever plastic surgery, that was breast reduction. She is extremely skilled and knowledgeable, has a polite manner and is helpful with any concerns or questions I raised pre-surgery. Hospital staff, and nurses that is her team ensured that I had a smooth prep, surgery and follow-up. She was informative and understanding and ensured that I was confident and comfortable before the procedure as it was my first-ever surgery. I feel that I have definitely got my desired result with my expectations met as I was listened to in the beginning. I received a really good quality of care including follow-up appointments post-surgery and would highly recommend her to anyone looking to have such a procedure.

It was truly an incredible experience. I talked to many clinics and decided on MSM. I encountered a service of both reasonable price and great quality. I would like to thank them for their post-operative support and for managing the process very professionally. I recommend it to everyone. My mom is coming next month for the facelift.

My experience with Dr Ulas and his amazing team was extremely positive. From the minute that I decided to go to Turkey to have my procedure done and started to do my own research, I was very blessed that I stumbled across Dr Ulas and Rabia❤️ my beautiful patient coordinator/translator. Communication was on point from the beginning to the end of my journey, I felt I was given all the information needed before I made my decision. Had a video call with both Rabia and Dr Ulas to determine what can be done. The day I arrived to Turkey 🇹🇷 I was taken to the hotel which was a superb choice 6 stars hotel.Then straight to blood test. After Rabia came to the hotel and explained in details what to expect with an amazing Turkish coffee. We then had plenty of time to kill we had mad half a day shopping and exploring Istanbul before early surgery admission the next day. On the day I met Dr Ulas, very calm which made me feel very comfortable. He went through the surgery details with me I felt very very safe in their hands. The hospital staff were very friendly and helpful. Recovery was shockingly quick, I was able to go to the market 3rd day after surgery I felt absolutely fine. My journey was really good, Dr Ulas, Rabia and team I can't thank you enough for everything you've done for me. God bless you and your families. Had a MMO on 29th Aug 2022. Dr Bahadir Celik done my surgery. From me getting there to me leaving service has been amazing. Dr Celik is such a talented surgeon. He's a perfectionist in his work. His whole team are amazing. Özgün is such a sweet lady, comes to your hotel to check on you. Tugba is great, he English is amazing. Highly recommend Klinik Europe.

I have just had a breast reduction, tummy tuck and bbl operations, the whole procedure was flawless. I was so impressed with the care and attention they took with my treatment plan and subsequently treatment carried out. All staff was extremely friendly and the hospital was of a very high standard. The hotel was modern, my room was very comfortable and useful. The room service food was delicious. After the operation, I had 3 sessions of lymphatic massage in my room at the Hotel. The clinic's professional physiotherapist performed 3 sessions of massage. This made me feel so good. All transfers were on the time. The transfer vehicle was very comfortable and the translator was a very kind gentleman. I appreciate their wonderful service which I highly recommend. You will be in safe hands. Thank you so much.
