Overall a great experience. From the consultation to the procedure I felt like a patient rather than a client. I feel everything was explained clearly and everything went on time. It was my first such procedure so I can not compare. But overall I had a great experience and I would highly recommend this surgeon & clinic.

On 1st august 2022, I had two skin removal procedures (extended arm lift and extended thigh lift) at the same time. I did a lot of research into surgery abroad and I knew I wanted to make sure the surgery was done at a hospital, not a clinic. I had a very positive experience with FlyHealth. My surgery was performed at a private hospital by a private surgeon, with follow-up appointments at the surgeon's private clinic. Both settings were clean and tidy and I felt in safe hands throughout. The organisation and itinerary/information was thorough and really helpful - and provided well in advance so I was able to familiarise myself. Everything was thought of - from hotel, to airport transfers, to appointment transfers and a patient coordinator to translate at appointments. The communication between myself to FlyHealth and FlyHealth to the surgeon has been quick and seamless. I'm hoping to have more skin removal surgery in the future and won't hesitate to rebook with FlyHealth again.

Successful! I chose Doctor Osman Kelahmetoglu for a lips reduction procedure. I used to have some very thick lips, and I was not feeling happy. This clinic made my dream come true. First of all, the clinic was just amazing. Everything went perfectly from my first touch with the clinic. Very responsive at all times. The surgeon made me feel very comfortable. I knew he was skilled. I had no doubt at all, and it was definitely true. He made an amazing job. First, the local anesthesia went so well, no pain at all. Then, during the incision and after, everything was so perfect. I felt no pain. I had no real edema or bruises. It was just a bit swelling until the full recovery. The result is just beautiful. I have nice lips now. This surgery changed my life for real. I feel very pretty now. I really recommend this surgeon. He is very confident and makes you feel confident too. But above all, he is definitely skillful, and the assistant too. She made a great job. I am very grateful. It was the best decision ever made. Istanbul is now one of my favourite destinations ever. Excellent service from time travel aesthetics, before during and after my 360 liposuction and tummy tuck performed perfectly by Dr Asim Busra, it’s early days since my op on 16/05/23, but I can already see the results and I’m extremely happy.
