I had a Septor Rhinoplasty and it was great to feel so welcomed and doctor was amazing first, during and after surgery. Paying attention to every detail. Very happy with final result so far. I also had a hair transplant. Dr. Cinik was amazing as always, great work and fantastic staff. I'm completing 7 days after that and I'm happy with the result so far. In a few months I will be able to share the final result with a big smile on my face. Thanks, Doctor Cinik and all staff. Definitely a great experience.

Had a revision rhinoplasty and lip reduction with Dr. Gorkem Atsal on August 12. I chose this clinic because it was already highly rated, its organization looked professional and modern, and I badly needed to correct the results of my first rhinoplasty. When I met the Doctor the first time, I didn't even need to explain what was wrong with my nose; he immediately saw - on the spot - the defects and what needed to be done. From that moment, I knew that I was in safe hands and that the results would be radical, and so far they are. I came to Istanbul to have a breast reduction. Medulux health and my PA Emin were fantastic throughout the whole experience. From the flight to transfer once landing in Instanbul, I was made to feel very at ease and considering I was going there for surgery I didn’t feel nervous at all. We were taking to a small town called ortakoy which is such a lovely place for sightseeing! Had some food and got to know our PA a little more face to face. From there straight to the hospital for paperwork and to get comfortable for the evening before surgery to next day. The nurses were fabulous. I slept really well that evening. Again the next day I wasn’t nervous, I met the fabulous Dr Cem, my surgeon who was extremely professional and again made me feel very at ease. I had very large heavy breast so I don’t know what I was expecting but I can honestly say I’m incredibly happy with my surgery. He did a fantastic job and I’ve tonnes more confidence. After two days at hospital, I went to stay in a gorgeous hotel in ortakoy called the crowne plaza. It was absolutely beautiful. Everyone again was so helpful. The food was incredible! You really did feel like royalty. The surgery, transfers and hotel were all included with no hidden costs. You knew exactly where you stood. This was all sorted out by Medulux health and of course Emin. We literally didn’t have to make any arrangements, it was such a breeze and very relaxing after my recovery. Since surgery, I speak to Emin as he always checks in to see how I’m doing. We’ve already spoke about my next surgery which I will be using Medulux health again and Dr Cem. I look forward to returning to Instanbul and would highly recommend Medulux health and Emin to be your provider for your journey and stay. Thank you again

My agent rep/translator was in contact before I even landed in Turkey. He was either with me or at the end of the phone till the moment I was leaving Istanbul. His support was constant and nothing was too much trouble…… massive shout out to Anil. Every member of the nursing / doctor & surgeon team was kind and thorough. The language barrier was never an issue. My surgeon ‘The Bora’ is as great man. I saw him several times a day. He would pop in to check on me. Pre op he put my anxieties at ease. A Star service from drivers, vehicles, hospital and hotel…… you get what you pay for. I honestly can’t fault any part of the process.

I got the nano steam cell facial treatment, eyebrow lift and laser because I was concerned about the redness on my face and the veins. It was definitely good value for money. Successful! I chose Doctor Osman Kelahmetoglu for a lips reduction procedure. I used to have some very thick lips, and I was not feeling happy. This clinic made my dream come true. First of all, the clinic was just amazing. Everything went perfectly from my first touch with the clinic. Very responsive at all times. The surgeon made me feel very comfortable. I knew he was skilled. I had no doubt at all, and it was definitely true. He made an amazing job. First, the local anesthesia went so well, no pain at all. Then, during the incision and after, everything was so perfect. I felt no pain. I had no real edema or bruises. It was just a bit swelling until the full recovery. The result is just beautiful.
