I was 35 when I had my vertical breast reduction with Lisa. I was having so many back, neck and shoulder issues, even after having spinal surgery, so my physiotherapist suggested that maybe I looked into a breast reduction to help with the pain in my neck and shoulders. While searching for a surgeon I came across Lisa’s website and I spoke to Liana. I met with Lisa and she put my mind completely at ease and I knew that she had to be the one to help me. She explained everything so beautifully and made sure that I knew exactly what to expect and what the process would be. I needed someone to hold my hand through the process and Lisa’s caring and informative nature was just what I needed. I will always remember waking up from the surgery in recovery and feeling the IMMEDIATE difference in my shoulders - a weight had quite literally been lifted from my shoulders, it was unbelievable! Since then life has only improved! The pain in my neck and shoulders left me, my physiotherapist still can’t get over the difference. As much as I did this to help my discomfort I can’t comprehend the difference it has made to my confidence with every day life as well. I no longer have to wear big, bulky uncomfortable bras with thick straps and instead can wear cute little bras - or even no bra at all! Even choosing nightwear is so much more fun! Pre op I wore a 36 HH bra size and I am now a very happy and perky 34 D! My only regret is not doing this sooner. It has changed my life and every day I get up, put on a cute little bralet and thank Lisa daily!! Lisa is absolutely amazing with all of her aftercare and follow up appointments. She is like no other surgeon or doctor I have ever met - she explains everything in the most caring and informative way while still maintaining such professionalism. She encourages you to ask questions, she’s happy to spend time with you to ensure that you are happy with every aspect (both pre and post op), there was never any pressure at all. You will go along way to find a better surgeon than Lisa.

I have so many good things to say about Dr Karantonis despite not being able to actually make it to the clinic- I scheduled a trip to Greece for liposuction and found Dr Karantonis on whatclinic. First, it was reassuring to see that he has social media accounts that show multiple examples of treatments and results and he was very timely in responding. We had a virtual consultation and he was super knowledgeable and helpful in getting me booked for the appointment in the time frame I needed. A couple of weeks before my appointment, an emergency happened at home for me and so I had to cancel my trip to Greece. I communicated with Dr Karantonis and he was super helpful about offering me plenty of options to proceed. Eventually, since I’m located in the US and the trip was no longer doable later in the year for me, we agreed that he would send me my deposit back. He went above and beyond helping me in this regard and was super helpful in getting my deposit processed. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I’m mostly just bummed I wasn’t able to get the actual treatment done.

Treatment: Total Hip Arthroplasty, and post-op rehab. I am no stranger to ‘Health Tourism’, and contacted several clinics in other countries for the same operation – total hip replacement on one side. I contacted KCM Clinic after reading reviews and details on ‘What Clinic’ website. From that point on, I was most impressed with the speed, detailed information and costs sent by KCM, such that I decided to go ahead and have my hip replaced by them in preference to others. The UK NHS was a total non-starting failure. Every single aspect of the visit from arrival in Wroclaw to homeward journey was almost ‘micro-managed’ with superb efficiency. Transport from/to the airport, hotel arrangements, transport to/from the clinic nearby, pre-surgery assessments, surgery and hospital clinic stay, daily physiotherapy afterwards, all happened extremely smoothly. Yes, there was quite a bit of ‘waiting around’ at times during pre-op assessment, some of it caused by my own request for further cardiology assessment. The actual hip replacement operation occurred as arranged and was very straightforward. The level of care from clinic staff was exceptionally high, the coordinator was extremely helpful and accommodating at all times, the surgeon attended every day after the operation to check on progress and even changed the dressing himself, and the rehab. The physiotherapist always gave superb individual attention to maximise post-operative mobility. A very detailed discharge pack was handed to me when leaving the clinic, including CDs of all X-rays and diagnostic images, ready to pass on to the GP when returning to UK (in Polish, though – but I’m sure it can be well understood in medical circles). Can I recommend them? Without reservation! What about language? Polish is spoken throughout, but nearly everyone has a good command of English or German so communication was never an issue. I was continually impressed by the clinic, and they showed what true ‘health care’ is all about. All-in-all it has been the most positive experience, well beyond my expectations, and one that I will repeat soon for the other side! Thank you so much, KCM.

I had a direct lateral brow lift by Mr Quaba and the result is simply fabulous. The technique allows perfect precision in the shaping and lifting of the brow at least based on my own experience. Before the procedure, however, I had been quite nervous about the scarring that I feared could occur from having a direct lateral brow lift. But even immediately upon the stitches being removed, the ultra-thin scars were already barely visible and became less so over the months. The barely-there scars faded essentially completely in less than 9 months. I am truly delighted with the results.

I’ve had bbl, breast lift, jaw contouring, under-eye filler, wrinkle treatment and butt augmentation with filler after weight loss. Am I forgetting something? Clearly since I keep coming back everything went great and I don’t trust anyone else that much. These procedures have made me the best version of myself and gave me confidence. I feel super safe going into surgery or doing something minimally invasive and I know for sure that my doctor is there making sure everything will go smoothly. Also, he will never lie just to sell you something. He will inform you in full detail what to expect and he will tell you honestly if he thinks you are a good candidate for such procedure or if you even need it. I’m 35 and I already know who is doing my facelift when I’m 50-60

I recently had a mini tummy tuck performed by the amazing Dr Ozgur Hurkal and his wife. I cannot express my gratitude to both of them and I would like to thank them for the amazing work they did and how they took such great care of me before and after the procedure. Their professionalism and expertise were the gold standard and I am so happy with the result. Nahide and all of the hospital staff were amazing and took such great care of me during my stay. If I could give the Centre for Surgery a million stars I would! The whole process from the phone call, consultation and surgery itself was absolutely seamless and couldn’t gone better. Coming from someone with a severe needle phobia and not feeling comfortable in a medical setting I felt so comfortable from start to finish. I had an Otoplasty with Dr Michail Vourvachis today and yet I don’t feel any pain and feel like my normal self. All the nurses, reception team and anaesthetists were so kind, caring and attentive especially given that I was so nervous. Dr Michail Vourvachis truly is a one-of-a-kind surgeon, with incredible attention to detail and incredible at calming me down for my procedure. In my initial consultation, he explained absolutely everything I needed to know and I had no questions as he had already answered them all. He is not only an expert in what he does but he is such a kind and caring person who will help put anyone at ease. A huge shoutout to the nurses who were there by my side throughout the whole process. I was so anxious and yet they are all so kind and looked after me so well. And a massive shoutout to the anaesthetist who calmed me down and made me laugh. Thank you so much to the reception team for answering all my questions and being so kind and informative! I’m one of those people who are quite difficult to calm down when I’m anxious and yet everyone genuinely calmed me down and made me feel reassured and looked after. They really did go above and beyond! I have my check-up consultation next week but I couldn’t help to write a review immediately because of how perfect the whole process has been. I’ve had other consultations previously from Harley Street and nothing has come close to how incredible the whole team are here. If anyone is doing their research into where to have surgery I will recommend the Centre for Surgery immediately. I felt like I was in such safe hands. Thank you all so much I am so grateful!
