I came into SmileKind for a dental extraction, having waited a year on the Poole Hospital waiting list. I was nervous (of course!) but the lovely Hungarian receptionist was immediately welcoming. Then Sarah took me in - what a warm, kind and empathetic person she is. She explained what the procedure entailed and by the time Sami came in, I was much more relaxed. Sami too was delightful and totally reassuring. I knew I was in good hands and indeed, the procedure was over miraculously quickly and almost painless. He explained what I could expect in the following couple of days and Sarah gave me a very comprehensive sheet of instructions to take away. The next day, as promised, I was phoned to check if I was okay. I was! This practice is truly exceptional in its professionalism, expertise and compassion. I wish them all well. I came here to touch up my dermal fillers after disappointing results from Croatia. I thought I knew what I needed but the doctor made a few suggestions and I agreed to his plan. I was blown away. The injections were not painful and I see no bruising. Afterwards, my husband said I looked fantastic ( he never notices when I do this elsewhere. I look completely natural but better. We spoke of his skincare line and were given full size sunscreen and cleanser. In addition, on the way out I decided to buy some serum and moisturizer and still came in what I would spend elsewhere. Honestly, an overall home run in results, cost and friendliness. Dr., I will see you again!!
