At the consultation, she examined my issue and provided in-depth information about the treatment she would offer and why it would be the most suitable for me. This gave me reassurance that I am in safe hands. Today I went in for the treatment; again Arora was very friendly and caring when I came in. She built a rapport with me and explained all the steps and as well as the post-treatment steps. She carried out the treatment with precision and care.
