I have been going to Juliette for a couple of years now and she treats the wrinkles around my eyes and Lip Filler for the wrinkles around my mouth and lips. First she is very gentle - I have problems with the anesthetic cream, it takes ages to work on me but she takes her time and doesn’t rush me and she is very precise. You can tell she really enjoys her work and takes great pride in it too.

My experience with hair loss started in my early twenties. It began thinning steadily over the years but it had rapidly progressed by the time I reached thirty. I never wore my hair down and regularly wore toppers as my hair was so transparent on the scalp and around the crown area. It took such a toll on my confidence and I would often be in tears at the thought of losing it. I exhausted all avenues too; various hair vitamins, hair toppers and hair extensions (the latter just exacerbated the problem). In the end, after a lot of research, I came across Horner and Brown in Coventry. We arranged a meeting and discussed my options. Michaela and Emma were very honest about expectations and we decided a combined laser and minoxidil treatment was the way forward. Initially, I lost a lot of hair, I was also shedding my postpartum baby hair so it was a double whammy for me, but over time I began noticing little baby hairs growing all around the front of my head where I had receded. I also felt new hair around my crown and scalp area. I am now at a point where my confidence has been restored, I no longer obsess about my hair and do not worry about the future. My hair feels healthy and fuller and I finally feel confident enough to wear it down. I can’t thank Emma and Michaela enough for their support, professionalism and honesty. Julia is medically qualified and carries insurance, I felt in very safe hands and in addition the time taken to explain the procedures and facial anatomy was excellent. Highly recommended.

The clinic is very nice and clean and they take COVID very seriously. One can feel safe here. And their treatments are also very well done.

The team at the clinic are fantastic. I've just returned for some patch top ups after a year and a half of being free of the unwanted facial and leg hair. Cannot recommend this clinic enough 😀

Had my cheeks done by Delphi and I'm so happy with the outcome. She was really knowledgeable and helped explain what it would take to get the desired results. I had 1ml each side and I'm so happy, they look so natural but improve my face so much. The aftercare was great and the salon is just beautiful.

Have had several treatments and has made a huge difference to the way I look and feel. Katrina takes great care and will give you the right advice to achieve your goals. Sure there may be people who will do the treatment cheaper but have never understood why people would take a chance with something as important as their face. Have always been a believer in you get what you pay for and never is this more true than in skin treatments.
