Hi all, Well mine is a bit of a strange story and I don't know how common my situation is. 10 years ago I had a Gastric bypass on the NHS and it worked great, I lost close on 75kg. However, during lock down, like so many others out of boredom I drank lots of alcahol and started getting back in bad eating habits and put on over 30kg. I tried getting this looked into by the NHS but my GP just seemed not to care. I called around for quotes in the UK and the cheapest I was offered was £13,000 which I just could not afford so decides to look into what is awailable in other countries. I had my surgery ten days ago and this was so easy no pain and I started to walk immediately after the operation 5 days later I started to work again but you do not have to wait, after 5 days you can start to work again. Now I lost weight and this continues. I feel happy since then.

I had the Medsil gastric balloon procedure, Dr Onur was very welcoming and gave a detailed explanation of the procedure and was quick to answer any of my questions and concerns. Inserting the balloon only took 15 minutes and the procedure went very smoothly with minimal side effects (nausea, vomiting). All of the staff are very friendly and caring especially Merve the nutritionist who guided me with a good nutrition plan and any information I needed for the whole 6 months, which greatly helped with my weight loss results. I would definitely recommend this clinic for anyone considering a gastric balloon.

All the staff were very polite, and professional and could not do enough for you. The surgeon examined me and explained what the surgery would consist of and answered any questions I had.
