I was not an easy patient, but Dr Bassim and his staff did everything possible to make it in the best possible way. He managed to calm me down and helped me deal with my fears. In this long term process, each stage was explained properly so I am indeed very grateful for all the work done.

I continued my treatment today with Dr. Diego Rosales. He is perfectly organised and efficient. You never ever wait longer than a few minutes in the waiting room. Everything is perfectly organised. Laura and her team were excellent. Professional, friendly and efficient. I had a root canal with crown and 3 fillings all carried out to a very high standard. Thier diagnostics and scanning equipment along with attention to detail surpass anything I have experienced in UK. Highly recommend.

Dr. Alfredo and all the staff at the clinic are amazing, very friendly and helpful. Dr. Alfredo took the time to explain in detail all that needed to be done (broken crown, cracked tooth, small cavity) he made sure I was comfortable and informed with each step. He even sent my X-ray to a specialist to check a spot on my jawbone (that no dentist in Canada has ever mentioned to me). I was very happy and thankful for the very thoughtful and thorough work. I will definitely be recommending Dr. Alfredo and his clinic.

It was a bit scary going to an unknown clinic in an unknown country for treatment. But as soon as the dentist started working, I knew I was in good hands. I went to Dr Hubert Gomes clinic a few days ago. He is a very friendly and honest doctor who provided me with good professional advice and absolutely not looking for his advantage. He did a fantastic filling on a really big cavity. ( it looks absolutely natural, one cannot make out that this tooth has a filling). He pulled out one tooth as well. Both were completely painless. I am usually pretty afraid at the dentist, but here I felt immediately very trusting and safe. Thank you Dr Gomes.

I visited Dr Hartshorne twice during my stay in South Africa. Choosing a dentist while you're travelling is no fun but I can say I couldn't have wished for a better dentist. He is extremely professional and caring. Had it not for him, my trip would have probably been ruined. I highly recommend Dr Hartshorne and thank him for his time, effort, patience and care.

I was treated directly by Dr. Avilar. The clinic is high-end and identical if not better than any clinic I experienced in Canada. He speaks perfect English and was very kind to explain all the procedures he was going to do while I was drinking a coffee. There was no rush and he took his time to do a proper job, not like other clinics which are often more apparent to dental cleaning chain factories. All the documents he produced were in English and he even validated himself in my insurance documents that I would be covered. This could not have been better.

Though I have not yet received treatment, I wish to convey my appreciation to Dr Antillon for his quick and accommodating service. All aspects of my upcoming trip were well serviced including airport pick-up and living accommodations. I have been well informed throughout the process with phone calls and e-mail updates. I am really looking forward to visiting his facility and, of course, beautiful Guatemala.
