Another dentist aborted a root canal and sent me away. A massive pain quickly developed so I contacted this surgery and so glad that I did. I am not a good patient but they gave me an emergency appointment, put me at my ease and extracted the molar (when Gary should have been having his lunch break). Absolutely delighted with this dentist, he handled my emergency perfectly. Nothing was too much trouble and the result excellent. I strongly recommend Gary Wu and his surgery.
I want to say thank you to the whole team of the wonderful Forest & Ray - Dentists, Orthodontists Implant Surgeons. I was in a desperate state when I went to the clinic, my pain was very long and excruciating. I called the clinic and a wonderful lady at the reception listened to me, explained and made an appointment with the doctor as soon as possible!!! And it happened in a few days! This is really very fast. You can also choose a convenient time for visiting the clinic. It is very convenient that the clinic is open on weekends. You can be in touch with the clinic staff from early morning until late at night. This is a completely patient oriented Clinic and it's wonderful!!! You feel like you're in a safe, professional place every second, talking to staff or sitting in the Doctor's Chair. Arriving at the clinic, I felt the highest professionalism of the service and the competence of the doctors. My whole mouth hurt. Two teeth were in very bad condition. First, the doctor made a thorough diagnosis, removed the nerves, then cleaned the dental canals. I begged the doctor to save my teeth. And he did. I do not speak English well and the clinic staff provided me with a Russian-speaking doctor, to whom I will be grateful all my life. Dr. Nikolaos Kasiteridis answered all my questions and was very attentive during the treatment. He communicated with the management of the clinic regarding my further treatment. He saved my teeth and my psychological health too) I am grateful to the Dr. Nikolaos Kasiteridis for his humanity and super professionalism. It was a long treatment and every time I left the clinic I felt satisfied with the treatment, the pain disappeared, and my teeth became healthier! I am also grateful from the bottom of my heart to the management of the clinic for the treatment that was provided to me for free !!! This is the highest degree of sympathy and understanding of the desperate situation in which I was. I thank from the bottom of my heart my professional doctor- Nikolaos Kasiteridis. I attended yesterday 12th/10/23 for emergency denture. Alison arranged for it swiftly. Really nice friendly team. Dr Sophie Hellwell was amazing and made me feel comfortable. Really pleased with everything. I will be back for the advisory’s given as well. Certainly recommend this Dental practice. Thanks all David.
Mr Morgan was recommended to me after I was unhappy with the advice given by 2 other dental practices. I was therefore quite nervous about the outcome. Mr Morgan was very friendly and put me at my ease. I needed a loose tooth out that was preventing my denture from fitting. The extraction was painless and I had no bruising or tenderness at all. My denture now fits perfectly. I have no hesitation in highly recommending Mr Morgan. The girls on the phone were also very friendly and approachable.
Ruth Bentley has been our family dentist for over 20 years and she has been the most wonderful, kind, caring and supportive dentist throughout that time. After suffering from a painful wisdom tooth for quite some time, Abbey Dental Care took care of me. I saw Dr Bailey who was fantastic with me, he prescribed much-needed antibiotics to sort the infection and then referred me to see Dr Joe Gray who extracted the tooth. I was extremely nervous as this was not a straightforward extraction, in terms of how the tooth was growing, where it was growing and also with bone growing over the tooth. The very talented Dr Gray made sure I was comfortable and giving me as many breaks as I needed during the procedure. I can not recommend Abbey Dental Care enough and certainly the Dr's I saw and not to forget the dental nurses who also was fantastic. Along with pleasant reception staff who was also very kind.
