The entire team was so professional and I was made to feel special, valued and calm the entire time despite being initially quite nervous as it was my first time having injectables. I had a full body mole check today with Dr. Baljit Johal. He was very kind and reassuring. He was also very good at explaining the process, his findings and recommendations. I wanted a wart removed. I was given a free consultation and was advised to have it removed by laser treatment. It was quickly treated at Skin Rich. Jessica at Skin Rich was great, gave good honest advice and gave the treatment which removed the wart after one visit. They also provided free aftercare two weeks after treatment to make sure all was okay and to check if any further treatment was required which was not needed in my case.

All I can say is I had the best experience with Sofia. On arrival, I was a bit apprehensive but there was no need to feel like that, as Sofia explained everything. It's only been 4 days since my threading but already I'm very pleased with the results thus far. The whole experience was lovely. The clinic is like a home away from home and as for Sofia to me, she is one of the nicest women I've had the pleasure of meeting and I would send any of my friends to her for treatment. All in all lovely experience from the moment I entered the clinic till I left. Thank you, Sofia. The treatment I had was neck treading.

Constantly having the opportunity to ask any questions about the procedure. Felt cared for and the after-care information had a feeling of continued customer service.
