I underwent gastric sleeve surgery on October 30, 2023. I'm now back home in Germany and I'm doing very well. The stay at Anatolia was very pleasant. Urology consultation, Gynecology consultation, Internal Medical consultation. Xrays, ultrasound, CT scan, blood tests examinations, reviews of all investigations and medications prescribed. It was all done over 2 days. I have been through a number of investigations, examinations, blood tests etc. and have seen 3 consultants. I was so pleased with their care, attention and also the respect and kindness they showed me. There was one particular member of your staff who helped me enormously. Her name is Seda and she works as your translator and all the other things she does. I have no idea how I would have managed without Seda's care and attention. My head was spinning as I went from one place to another in the hospital. I would have been extremely stressed if I hadn't had Seda's help and support. She took control and made sure I received everything I needed with such expertise and professionalism. I have heard other foreigners living here speak of her with the same admiration. I hope that the management/bosses read and acknowledge what an asset Seda is to your company and give her the recognition she deserves for the great work she does.

Arrived at the appointment. Taken into surgery. Dr O explained the procedure. Treatment given, ear stitched up. Painless and quick. Dr gave me a prescription for a cream to put on after the stitches are taken out in ten days time. No after effects! In and out in 30 mins. Would recommend attending this clinic. Ver little cost to have one pierced ear down up!

I was satisfied from start. The staff put me at ease when arrived at the beautiful and lavish Asia Cosmetic Hospital. The surgery was performed professionally and with care by the head surgeon and nurses. The results were better than what I expected and imagined. The before during and aftercare by Snooker our assigned chief of staff was so caring knowledgeable and patient. Guiding us through the whole process, organizing everything, explaining everything and doing the general running around to make sure we were happy and comfortable. I recently had a procedure through this clinic. I am very impressed with the professionalism of the entire team, both before and after surgery. In particular, the post-surgery care far exceeded my expectations. I can contact the team directly through the line chat app and receive extremely prompt responses both from the doctors as well as the clinic staff. I needed additional care due to dehydration and was seen immediately. I highly recommend the Rattinan Medical Center.

I had a great experience. Deborah contacted me and she was super efficient from start to finish. Her English was excellent. I had labiaplasty and the surgery was quick and painless. I found the clinic by doing some research online and contacted them through WhatClinic. Anna Czwordon got in touch with me and explained the whole process. Setting up the appointment and understanding the logistics was really clear and Anna was really nice too. When I arrived in Poland I was collected by the clinics driver and taken to my hotel. The clinics drivers had no problem transferring me to and from the airport and also the clinic. When I was at the clinic all the staff were so nice and caring. I was waiting a little while but that was fine because it was made comfortable for me. Everything was explained really well and I got to meet Dr Lukasz Banasiak for my consultation. Dr Lucasz is a great Dr and person. He made me feel comfortable and in a safe environment. This carried on throughout the process and the surgery. Anna has been in touch since my surgery and has advised me how to look after the scars. I am so happy with the work that has been done I would definitely return to Dr Lucasz for another procedure.

I recently considered getting a procedure done and although I changed my mind about it, I had a great experience with Glojas Plastic Surgery Center. Throughout the communication process, I found them to be very easy to talk to and discuss my concerns with. They requested pictures from me to better understand my needs, and I appreciated that they focused on what I truly required rather than suggesting a larger procedure. If I ever decide to move forward with a plastic surgery in the future, they will definitely be at the top of my contact list.

Treatment: Total Hip Arthroplasty, and post-op rehab. I am no stranger to ‘Health Tourism’, and contacted several clinics in other countries for the same operation – total hip replacement on one side. I contacted KCM Clinic after reading reviews and details on ‘What Clinic’ website. From that point on, I was most impressed with the speed, detailed information and costs sent by KCM, such that I decided to go ahead and have my hip replaced by them in preference to others. The UK NHS was a total non-starting failure. Every single aspect of the visit from arrival in Wroclaw to homeward journey was almost ‘micro-managed’ with superb efficiency. Transport from/to the airport, hotel arrangements, transport to/from the clinic nearby, pre-surgery assessments, surgery and hospital clinic stay, daily physiotherapy afterwards, all happened extremely smoothly. Yes, there was quite a bit of ‘waiting around’ at times during pre-op assessment, some of it caused by my own request for further cardiology assessment. The actual hip replacement operation occurred as arranged and was very straightforward. The level of care from clinic staff was exceptionally high, the coordinator was extremely helpful and accommodating at all times, the surgeon attended every day after the operation to check on progress and even changed the dressing himself, and the rehab. The physiotherapist always gave superb individual attention to maximise post-operative mobility. A very detailed discharge pack was handed to me when leaving the clinic, including CDs of all X-rays and diagnostic images, ready to pass on to the GP when returning to UK (in Polish, though – but I’m sure it can be well understood in medical circles). Can I recommend them? Without reservation! What about language? Polish is spoken throughout, but nearly everyone has a good command of English or German so communication was never an issue. I was continually impressed by the clinic, and they showed what true ‘health care’ is all about. All-in-all it has been the most positive experience, well beyond my expectations, and one that I will repeat soon for the other side! Thank you so much, KCM.

I originally went in for a consult on removing a large mole, IPL, dimpleplasty, and a Thread Lift for my nose bridge. But after speaking with Dr. Tham, it was clear my main concern was pain and after appearances. I ended up getting a sub Q injection for my nose, no dimpleplasty but went for an IPL and mole removal. The overall experience was pretty painless and perhaps the nose turned out the best. (A week later I am still healing so I can’t say how well the other treatments turned out.) My other fear was also to have a doctor sell me treatments I didn’t need or wouldn’t fit me, and It went perfectly fine. The consult was a true consult and I felt more educated on the processes and he addressed all my concerns. If I am in Singapore again, I would go here for treatment! (Also the appointment process was smooth too and the nurses very nice!)
