I have recently returned from Istanbul after having surgery for blepharoplasty on my upper and lower eyelids which was booked through Vanity. The whole experience has been excellent from start to finish. My surgeon was Prof. Dr. N. Sinem Eroglu who is an excellent surgeon, my patient care co-Ordinator was Berk. The surgery went well and I am so far pleased with the results, its going to take a little longer for the full effect!! Our experience would not have been so smooth had it not been for Berk, he was simply amazing from start to finish guiding us effortlessly through the process. He has such a calming, caring personality nothing was too much trouble and he seemed to be on call 24/7. He spoke excellent English, nothing got lost in translation. I would recommend Vanity and would return for further procedures, I would definitely want the same surgeon and would request Berk to be my patient care co-ordinator.

Dr Gorkem and his team were very caring, kind and helpful. Dr Gorkem is an exceptional surgeon I could not have chosen anyone better. He has done everything I asked and more. He is patient and dedicated to getting the best result for you.

Everything was very good I had breast aesthetic surgery at Aktif International Hospitals last month. My transfer and my hotel or all services were perfect. I had a Septor Rhinoplasty and it was great to feel so welcomed and doctor was amazing first, during and after surgery. Paying attention to every detail. Very happy with final result so far. I also had a hair transplant. Dr. Cinik was amazing as always, great work and fantastic staff. I'm completing 7 days after that and I'm happy with the result so far. In a few months I will be able to share the final result with a big smile on my face. Thanks, Doctor Cinik and all staff. Definitely a great experience.

I recently had rhinoplasty surgery with Dr Ulas Bali and had a great experience with him and his team. I came all the way from Brisbane Australia after a friend recommended him to me. It’s scary coming to a different country but once I got to Istanbul and met the team I wasn’t nervous at all. The hospital is 10/10 and I received better treatment there than I have in Australia. I’m already thinking about what else I can come back and have done next year. Would recommend him over and over!

Meine Betreuerin Hülya sprach sehr gut deutsch und war bei allen Untersuchungen dabei, bis zur OP und auch direkt danach. Sie war jederzeit, 24/7 ansprechbar und hat alles geregelt. I came to Istanbul to have a breast reduction. Medulux health and my PA Emin were fantastic throughout the whole experience. From the flight to transfer once landing in Instanbul, I was made to feel very at ease and considering I was going there for surgery I didn’t feel nervous at all. We were taking to a small town called ortakoy which is such a lovely place for sightseeing! Had some food and got to know our PA a little more face to face. From there straight to the hospital for paperwork and to get comfortable for the evening before surgery to next day. The nurses were fabulous. I slept really well that evening. Again the next day I wasn’t nervous, I met the fabulous Dr Cem, my surgeon who was extremely professional and again made me feel very at ease. I had very large heavy breast so I don’t know what I was expecting but I can honestly say I’m incredibly happy with my surgery. He did a fantastic job and I’ve tonnes more confidence. After two days at hospital, I went to stay in a gorgeous hotel in ortakoy called the crowne plaza. It was absolutely beautiful. Everyone again was so helpful. The food was incredible! You really did feel like royalty. The surgery, transfers and hotel were all included with no hidden costs. You knew exactly where you stood. This was all sorted out by Medulux health and of course Emin. We literally didn’t have to make any arrangements, it was such a breeze and very relaxing after my recovery. Since surgery, I speak to Emin as he always checks in to see how I’m doing. We’ve already spoke about my next surgery which I will be using Medulux health again and Dr Cem. I look forward to returning to Instanbul and would highly recommend Medulux health and Emin to be your provider for your journey and stay. Thank you again

Dr. Afet is wonderful! I had a number of treatments with her including surgical scar revisions of old scars, facial filler treatments and jaw muscle relaxants, and every time it was a great experience with beautiful results. Her work is exceptional and she is very detail oriented. What also makes a difference is that Dr. Afet is very patient, professional and extraordinarily thorough. Her assistant and the whole team are courteous and friendly, speak very good English and make you feel well taken care of. The Medifema clinic is the only clinic that responded. I went on 20 August to look at the possibilities and on 22 August they did the breast implant, a facial correction and on the 29th the are looking at my varicose veins. So, one clinic is taking care of all my requests.

There are very few clinics left that you can trust. One of them is JFS. I congratulate the founder, doctors, and employees for their ethical behaviour. Many of my friends had surgery in Turkey. I was going to give up going when I heard about their bad experiences. Later, I made my decision with courage. It was an excellent experience from start to finish. Izmir is wonderful, sunny weather, sea. After the surgery, I said that I wanted to take a tour of the Virgin Mary in Ephesus. They organised it immediately. Thank you for everything.

The treatment is very good at this hospital. Everything was pretty straightforward from pick up and transfer to the hospital. Provided good pain relief. The hotel was good, fairly quiet. Nice and clean. Food was also ok.

Professional Team &Great Doctor. Health Direct team is really a very professional and caring team. Before my first meeting with my doctor, I was a little nervous, but my doctor Hakan Aydogan listened to my wishes and concerns and my coordinator Naz translated and explained everything as it was. Hakan Aydogan successfully performed my breast augmentation and liposuction operations. It's now 2 weeks post operation and I still have oedema but I'm sure the results will be better than I expected. I can say that it is a team that I can recommend to everyone. Thanks!

The hotel was beautiful and immaculate, before I went I was so nervous as I had never been through any surgery before. When before and when I got there they couldn’t have made me feel more comfortable and at home. Not only did all my surgery go to plan I feel like a completely different person! They’re amazing and won’t go ahead until they have everything perfect and how you’ve asked for it. Without the Time Travel Aesthetic's help and my doctor's ability, I would not have left that happy.
