This clinic is excellent. I have experience with visiting dentists in many countries. The office was conveniently located a very short walk from the pedestrian border crossing and a staff member met me to show me the way. From the first phone call to walking out the door after my first visit, I was treated with kindness and respect. All of the staff were pleasant, helpful and bilingual. I did not feel rushed. Dr. Chavez was thoughtful, honest, and clear in his explanations for my treatment plan taking the time to make sure I understood the procedures and the pros and cons. The office and treatment rooms were immaculate utilizing the most modern equipment and the doctor and staff followed strict hygiene protocols. I had minor procedures, a cleaning, filling and diagnostic x-rays, and will follow up with more extensive procedures. TIP: If you are walking across the border and have global entry/ SENTRI, don’t forget your card. Walking back is a little tricky. I finally asked someone who looked like they knew. Stay to the left of the main line and continue to walk to the border gates. The locals expect this and most importantly there are NO signs to guide you. Border crossings are all a little different and that’s how it’s done at Nogales.

Dr. Shah is very professional and made me feel very comfortable during all of the procedures. She explained in advance what she was about to do any and explained if there was going to be any pain or other discomfort. I am very satisfied with the treatment I received from Dr. Shah and would highly recommend her to anyone who needed dental work especially if they were looking for dental tourism since in addition to her professional competency her services were very reasonably priced. THE MOST PROFESSIONAL DENTAL EXPERIENCE I HAVE HAD IN MY 51 YEARS OF LIFE!!!!!!! David was my first contact before flying to Cancun and he was by my side from then until just a few minutes ago...a month after I returned home. He was always available for questions and immediately tended to any concerns I had. He made all of this super easy to navigate. He also made sure I was aware of EVERYTHING that was going on and made the entire process easy. So easy that I felt a bit spoiled during the process. I thought maybe I was special, but soon realized everyone was being treated the same. He was an absolute professional and has always had my best interest in mind. Carlo was my driver and made sure I was always on time. He had great recommendations for local food and shopping. He was a super nice guy and very helpful. Lizzete and Fernada were my front desk customer service reps and schedulers. Both were extremely sweet and kept my appointments scheduled properly so I wasn't sitting around waiting in the lobby. They always had a smile on their faces and made me feel at home the minute I walked in the door. They also kept my bill straight and NEVER was there an issue with billing. What I was quoted before I arrived in Cancun is what I paid. It was actually, a few bucks less. Being upsold on things was one of my big concerns, but that never happened. Billing was straight forward, honest and fair and YES, I saved a ton of money over my local Florida dentists. THOUSANDS!!!!!!! Now.....about my dentist and her assistant. THE BEST DENTIST ON EARTH BY FAR!!!! No doubt and no questions.....THE BEST!!!! I think God had something to do with making sure I ended up in the dental chair of Dr. Maria Blanco and her assistant Vianey. I'm a huge coward when it comes to dental work and have always had major anxiety with dental work. For me, I needed a lot of work done and truly dreaded the idea of having to get it done. They made me incredibly comfortable and it truly was the best dental experience I have ever had in my 51 years on earth. I, like so many others I read about online, was concerned about going to Mexico for dental work instead of getting it done in Florida by an American dentist......but for anyone reading this review, DON'T BE!!! The technology at Dental Design was far superior to the stuff my local dentist had. The offices were clean and NEVER was I concerned about my decision. Dr. Blanco and Vianey worked diligently and were extremely thoughtful and considerate of any pain or discomfort I may have been having. I never had any pain!!! I never had any serious discomfort. They made sure of it. They were both true professionals and I can honestly say that they put my local dentist to shame in both their abilities and professionalism. BEST OF THE BEST DENTIST I HAVE EVER BEEN TO!!!!!! Thanks Dental Design Studio for an absolutely positive dental experience. And as you already know, I will be referring all my friends and family to your office for dental work.

Dr Ziya was fantastic from our initial engagement through the phone app to when I arrived in the clinic a few hours later. I was a little nervous as on holiday from Australia but the clinic and Dr Ziya really made me at ease. He even brought in a friend to help translate to me my required procedure. The procedure was a root canal. I was in the chair for just over an hour and with medication was stable within a day. I’ve received ongoing check-ins from the clinic throughout my trip and since arriving back to Australia. I honestly couldn’t recommend enough. You're in very safe hands and a very good price! Thank you for looking after me and treating me at such short notice on a Saturday in Bodrum. Still talking about it now that I’m home!

We went to Akdeniz Inci Dental with my girlfriend. She did her veneers. I also had missing teeth in the back. When we were there, the dentist recommended implants. I didn't feel any pain during or after the surgery. (I did not experience any pain since I used painkillers in the postoperative period). I will do another visit for my teeth on my implants. But both I and my girlfriend have been very satisfied in the process so far. I recommend this clinic to everyone.

I had an emergency, root canal treatment on a broken tooth. Very peculiar and I was on my last day in quarantine. He agreed to treat me immediately (requ. form Israeli Med Board). The root canal work was done without any pain (in contrary to others I had in S.Africa and Germany). Because of the broken tooth which he saved I needed a crown. Which was done precise and no problem at all? My experience over more than 20 years (whenever I am in the country) Fixing my gums, implant, crown ... best of three countries. Precise, warm a real specialist. Hard to find these days.

Needing partial dentures and a couple of extractions. Love Dr Cantu-Davis. He's excellent, gentle, caring, affordable, competent, and honest. Office is spacious, clean, modern, and comfortable. Staff are the best. So far, there are no negatives. My family and many friends are trying him out after hearing about my awesome care. So happy to have found yet another incredible doctor/dentist in Nogales. Care is so far superior than you get in the US, even from the best doctors there.
