Temporary Bridge Los Algodones

I recently spent 4 days in Los Algodones getting dental work from Dra Mayra Jimenez and Reny Dental. It was a great experience and I now have a full lower set of teeth, something I haven't had in decades. The practice is very professionally run, I would say to the same standards you would find in the US, super clean and with all the latest equipment and techniques. The staff all speaks English, which is important, if, like me, you can only speak a couple of words in Spanish. I am a very nervous patient, having been putting the work off for years but Dra Mayra has a very calm and reassuring manner that went a long way towards keeping any anxiety down, she is also a perfectionist. I can't say that the procedures were painless, 7 root canals take it out of you! but I was given sedatives. The Town itself is an Interesting colourful place, with lots of Hawkers selling all sorts of stuff but very safe. We stayed at the Cielito Lindo Hotel, booking through Reny Dental gets a substantial discount, depending on how much work you get. In my case, I got 50% off the Hotel Bill. Overall, I am very happy with the work done. The doctor told me It could be up to a month for the pain to settle and at the 2-week mark, it has mostly gone. Getting used to new teeth and no partial denture has been a new experience. The price I paid for all my work was very reasonable, I would say around 35% of what I would have paid here in Salt Lake. Also, my smile is greatly improved, not the main reason I got the work done but I'll take the Movie Star teeth! I highly recommend using Reny Dental and will return to do my top teeth sometime in the future.

Upon receiving recommendations to getting dental done in Mexico, I arrived and went to multiple clinics, and interviewed and reviewed facilities. I found Rancherito to be forthcoming with honesty and answers. They listened and put a plan together that met my timeframes and needs. I left with a smile, as big as theirs when I first walked through that door. You know you are in the right place when you can meet and speak with the owner. I now take my parents there also.

I had a fractured tooth pulled in October by my dentist in Dansville, NY. She told me a three-unit bridge (1 full pontic and 2 anchor crowns) would cost a little over $3000. I declined because I knew I could have it done in Los Algodones, Mexico, a 15-minute drive from Yuma, for much less. Today I had new porcelain fused to a metal permanent bridge installed on my third visit to Fine Quality Dental. The first was an initial consultation/exam and the second was the prep work. My experience with Dr Charles Zuman and his assistants was excellent from beginning to end. I researched his and other clinics in detail prior to selecting him. The bridge and procedure are as good as could be obtained in the US. Its total cost was $750. If Dr Zuman practised in my home area I would switch to him as my dentist even if he charged American prices for regular services. If any of you are facing expensive dental work there are places outside the US where you can get equal quality work for less than a third of the cost.

Okay, when I first got here from 3000 miles away I was nervous. You know going to another country. Coming from a small state Delaware. Why? Let me tell you. I have had bad teeth for a long time. It's made my life very lonely. Why? It changed my lifestyle. I haven't dated for many years. I never wanted my picture taken. It was embarrassing. Not going to restaurants to eat. No confidence to talk to women it's not that I think women are vain. But truth be told who wants someone with tooth decay and stinky breath! Okay... But I'm a good guy, smart intelligent just bad Gene's for good teeth. AND not the money to spend in America you know God bless my Country but Greed You know. So I started looking to different places Countries. Just by chance I came across Algodones Mexico bordered by Yuma Arizona. I found the.on4.X.dental.Clinic. So I sent them an email with price quotes I have gotten in my state. Let me tell you $16000 $12000. It's this is never going to happen I have car payments, Rent everything.
