I got moles removed. I was very happy with my service. Dr Duygu was very pleasant and professional - she checked in with me every step of the way. She also contacted me a few weeks later to check in. I messaged her a few times and she was always quick to respond and reassure me. I reached out to Ulas Bali after I read his paper on surgery especially micro surgery procedures. I reached out for a breast augmentation after consulting and reviewing more than 64 surgeons worldwide. My expectations were to be as natural as possible so I’ve done my mathematical calculations and I have selected a particular brand and model. Dr Ulas Bali is one of the surgeons with a brilliant understanding of patients requirements and doesn’t have to try hard or say twice. Results were naturally good and recovery was on track as expected. I went through a third party but I wish reached out directly and would have gotten better support through aftercare. The surgeon is inclusive and well-mannered, we still stay in touch after 6 months.

I came to Istanbul to have a breast reduction. Medulux health and my PA Emin were fantastic throughout the whole experience. From the flight to transfer once landing in Instanbul, I was made to feel very at ease and considering I was going there for surgery I didn’t feel nervous at all. We were taking to a small town called ortakoy which is such a lovely place for sightseeing! Had some food and got to know our PA a little more face to face. From there straight to the hospital for paperwork and to get comfortable for the evening before surgery to next day. The nurses were fabulous. I slept really well that evening. Again the next day I wasn’t nervous, I met the fabulous Dr Cem, my surgeon who was extremely professional and again made me feel very at ease. I had very large heavy breast so I don’t know what I was expecting but I can honestly say I’m incredibly happy with my surgery. He did a fantastic job and I’ve tonnes more confidence. After two days at hospital, I went to stay in a gorgeous hotel in ortakoy called the crowne plaza. It was absolutely beautiful. Everyone again was so helpful. The food was incredible! You really did feel like royalty. The surgery, transfers and hotel were all included with no hidden costs. You knew exactly where you stood. This was all sorted out by Medulux health and of course Emin. We literally didn’t have to make any arrangements, it was such a breeze and very relaxing after my recovery. Since surgery, I speak to Emin as he always checks in to see how I’m doing. We’ve already spoke about my next surgery which I will be using Medulux health again and Dr Cem. I look forward to returning to Instanbul and would highly recommend Medulux health and Emin to be your provider for your journey and stay. Thank you again

Tired of my large breasts. Was informed of procedure, pre and post op care in great written detail. Post op was uneventful and experienced a burning sensation as informed so was not surprised. All my questions were answered with clarity, I only wish I had done it sooner. Needless to say I am very happy with my results. Would highly recommend.
