After obtaining the title of specialist in Urology, it has joined the team of International Andrology in 2013, serving first in Athens, Dubai, and currently also in Rome. He is interested only in urogenital surgery, performing more than 200 operations per year genitals. His areas of interest concerning, in particular, the management of erectile dysfunction and premature ejaculation, (with over 110 interventions per year), and the surgical treatment of Peyronie's disease. He co-developed and improved several surgical techniques for the treatment of Peyronie's disease as a member of the team of International Andrology.

Mr. Giulio Garaffa was trained in Italy and the UK before being appointed as a Consultant Uro-Andrological Surgeon and Honorary Senior Lecturer in Urology at the Institute of Urology, University College London Hospitals. He is considered one of the leading experts in the field of erectile dysfunction, Peyronie’s disease, complex penile reconstruction, microsurgery and infertility. He has been awarded an MD on vascular and nervous microsurgery and more recently a PhD on the genetic basis of male factor infertility. One of the largest penile prosthesis implanters in Europe, he performs more than 300 complex penile reconstruction procedures every year. Very active in the field of clinical research, Mr. Garaffa has published more than 100 articles and book chapters in international journals and is regularly invited worldwide to give lectures and to perform live surgery. A fellow of the European Committee of Sexual Medicine, Mr. Garaffa is also part of the educational committee of the European Society of Sexual Medicine, which strives to provide excellent standards of training in the field of Andrology and Sexual Medicine to Urologists. He is a dedicated and well-recognized trainer in Andrology and Reconstruction and he often runs international training courses for Surgeons.

Dr. Konstantinos Konstantinidis, Surgeon Urologist -Andrologos is the founder and president of the Andrology Institute of Athens, former president of UGRS (European Institute for Reconstructive Urological Surgery) and Director of Sexual Clinic of Athens Medical Center. After the specialty of Urology, was trained in endoscopic urology and andrology at Edinburgh's Western General Hospital and was curator of the University Paris hospital (St.Antoine). He was a founding member of ISSIR (International Association for Research on Sexuality), President of IASS (International Association of Sexual Surgery), founder and president of the US (Greek Human Sexuality Study).
