Now that I have experienced the benefits I would go regularly

It wasn’t so much a treatment as a relaxing opportunity to catch up on my reading. I did feel my lungs were expanding a bit more as time went on.

It was not at all what I expected what with a children’s nursery next door but once inside the room it was peaceful. I definitely felt the benefit. Better breathing with a lot less coughing. I chose this clinic because it was the nearest one to Portsmouth. I wish there was one closer. Now that I have experienced the benefits I would go regularly.
