Hello, I'm a Chartered Clinical Psychologist and accredited CBT therapist offering private therapy and other psychological services in central Lincolnshire. I offer treatment for a wide range of difficulties from anxiety, stress, and depression to more complex and specialist conditions such as trauma, disordered eating, and abuse. My main therapeutic approaches are cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), EMDR, cognitive analytic therapy and schema therapy. I also offer consultation, training and supervision. But the service is highly individual and geared to the needs of patients, with individual treatment programmes. The service is intensive, can be long-term or just a few sessions, as needed.
