She qualified Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist, I hold a Post Graduate Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapy (CBP) and I am accredited with the British Association of Cognitive Behavioural Therapies (BABCP). I currently work part time in the NHS as a Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist in the Integrated Specialist Services within the Post Traumatic Stress/Anxiety Team and Obsessive Compulsive Disorder/Body Dismophia Disorder Team. I work the remainder of my work in private practice

I live and work in Sheffield and alongside my private practice, I also work for the NHS within the Sheffield specialist psychotherapy service in the anxiety team, working predominantly with PTSD, OCD, BDD and other anxiety related issues. Alongside being a qualified cognitive behavioural psychotherapist I am also an EMDR practitioner (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing).
