Where to start, I generally don't do reviews, but Ruairi deserves the best review as he is such a diamond! I started working with Ruairi in late 2018 and we have worked consistently every week to get me to where I am today. Working with Ruairi was transformative for me. He helped me navigate through a transitional period of my life where I was facing a lot of change. We worked through aspects of childhood that were holding me back from reaching my potential. I felt comfortable being open and it was like talking to an honest unbiased friend who has your best interest at heart. I have worked with Ruairi a couple of times over the last few years. As I reflect on our time working together, the thing I appreciate most is his choice to be really honest with me in key moments. He also has fantastic tools that have taken a number of my negative emotional triggers and simply remove them from my life.

Working with Ruairi changed my life in so many ways. After an extremely traumatic domestic violence relationship I was left very highly strung, anxious and unable to regulate my emotions and nervous system.

I embarked on a 12-week journey with Ruairi and felt so HEARD for the first time in my life. It was a safe space to work through past trauma without digging up all of the details. The shift since completing the 12 weeks is that I am now calmer, I feel more in control, I have not returned to my violent lover and have no desire to, and I have removed the emotion also so even if I saw him there is no emotion there. HUGE! This would have thrown me into turmoil before. I am in control of my life and my emotions.
