As a Cognitive Behaviour Therapist and Cognitive Behaviour Hypnotherapist I use up to date research methods to help clients overcome any negative feelings and unhealthy behaviour by teaching them new coping strategies and introducing new ways of thinking and behaving. I love my work and I am passionate about it. I am motivated in helping people overcome their difficulties and have a more functioning and happy life. I believe that my congruence, honesty and empathy, as well as, my ability to develop easy trusting relationships are very important elements in my therapeutic work. Clients feel able to open up without feeling judged but accepted and genuinely understood.
