Dr. Rebecca Spelman, is a Psychologist based in Central London, she received her Doctorate in Counselling Psychology from the University of Teesside.Dr. Spelman also gained a Post Graduate Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapy (IAPT) from Royal Holloway, University of London and holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Counselling Psychology and a BSc in Psychology. She works using Cognitive Behavioural Therapy to treat a range of difficulties with a particular interest in anxiety related disorders (panic, phobias, OCD, PTSD, GAD, health anxiety and social anxiety), depression, addictions, eating disorders and behaviour change.
