Evidenced psychological treatments are cognitive behavioural therapy, counselling and EMDR therapy. Physical treatments include osteopathy, Sports therapy & Sports  massage, and Bowen technique. Holistic therapies include, homeopathy, reflexology, acupuncture, reiki, meditation, hypnotherapy and pre and post natal massage  treatments.  Please note, treatments at The Mill are by appointment only. Treatments are available on set days dependent on who you wish to see.
