There are times in everyone’s life when we could use some support and having the courage to ask for this support takes strength. Therapy can be a place of safety, where you are able to speak freely, to experiment, to play, to learn, to heal and to grow. Whether you want help with anxiety, relationships, depression, confidence, emotional eating or self esteem we can work together. I will tailor my approach to suit you and together we can overcome those thoughts and feelings that are holding you back.

I initially qualified as a Clinical Hypnotherapist back in 2008. Since then I have reached Level 5 in a Diploma in Relational Centered Counselling and am currently undertaking an Advanced Diploma (at level 6) and working towards my accreditation with the UKCP- the UKs leading professional body in psycho-therapeutic counselling and psychotherapy. I have full insurance and undertake regular supervision. As a relational counsellor I have been trained to work at emotional depth with clients, therefore as an important part my training I have been required to undertake a large amount of my own personal therapy and development in order to facilitate this in the best way possible. In addition to this I have further experience and training working with clients who have experienced sexual abuse, rape and other trauma such as domestic violence.
