I am a qualified counsellor/ psychotherapist and member of the BACP. ( British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists) I have experience of working in a counselling situation with a diverse range of issues such as anxiety, depression, abuse, addiction, relationships and many others. I also have a life time of professional experience working in a variety of formal and therapeutic settings supporting adults and young people and families who were experiencing emotional and life problems. Each of us has a complex personality and range of issues in our lives. Among them there can be single issues which dominate our lives and sometimes overwhelm us.  As a Client and Counsellor we work together with what comes to the surface as well as issues we recognise as being deep seated and damaging to us and which we would like to change in order to lead a more fulfilled and rewarding life.
