I am a friendly, warm hearted and professional hypno-psychotherapist working in the Warrington area of the UK. I help people to overcome their problems and specialise in anxiety disorders such as panic, fears and phobia's, generalised anxiety, stress management and confidence issues. I also specialise in smoking cessation and hold a specialist certificate in this area. My aim is to help you return to a positive way of functioning in as short a time as possible, and have helped people return to work following bouts of depression or stress. I use a variety of techniques to help you achieve the change you want in your life. Using a bespoke blend of Hypnosis, cognitive behavioral therapy and other psycho-therapeutic interventions so that I can tailor the sessions for the individual and not just use a 'one size fits all' approach. I was trained at Masters Degree level at one of the longest standing training schools in the UK. I am insured, accredited and registered. I have been told that I am very natural at making people feel comfortable and at ease, which really helps the process. I am also aware that making the first contact can be a little daunting so I offer a free 10 minute chat over the phone to help you feel more confident and relaxed about seeking therapy.

£30 per physio/osteopath treatment Physiotherapy & Osteopathy are offered by this team of therapists from two practices one in Ashton in Makerfield and one in Hindley in the Wigan area. Chartered physiotherapists treat patients of all ages for sports and non sports related musculoskeletal problems. Treatments provided include, manipulations, mobilizations, massage and stretches, strapping and support, exercise therapy, electrotherapy, body massage, reflexology, Indian head massage, Hopi ear candling, acupuncture, hypnotherapy, counselling and the services of a herbalist.
