I'm a counsellor experienced in treating mental health disorders. My service, to a client, is based on active listening and talking therapy, core value assessment and goal setting. So, quantifiable results. All underpinned with science. My structured therapy sessions provides a safe and non-judgemental space for clients to be open, transparent and authentic with me but most importantly, with themselves. Helping you back to mental fitness - I help clients gain invaluable life-tools ensuring maximum discretion, hope and value during their treatment. An individual treatment approach, call-to-action plan gives clients reassurance that full recovery and a lifetime of being abstinent but living a healthy, happy, meaningful, enjoyable, and successful existence is just an arm’s length away. I offer a 24-hour service to his clients and nothing is ever too much trouble. Client’s recovery, health, and happiness lies at the core of my work ethic, ethos, values and practice culture.
