I offer a non-judgemental, relaxed, comfortable environment which gives you the space and tranquillity to explore feelings, thought patterns and belief systems which may not be serving you in a positive way.  

I use a person-centred approach and draw from other therapies combining those that are most appropriate to your needs.

I feel it can be beneficial to work with both the mind and the body as stress and trauma can become trapped in our bodies and can result in physical discomfort, e.g. a knot in the stomach. Somatic body work can help to release this stress and trauma and assist the therapeutic process.  

I am a fully qualified counselling psychotherapist and a Sonas Practitioner working in a private rural setting in Killurin, just ten minutes from both Wexford and Enniscorthy towns.
