Psychotherapy & Hypnotherapy Using a combination of skills I work with uncovering, releasing and healing underlying trauma which often has it's origins in childhood experiences. This frees up a lot of energy that formerly was trapped in these blocked emotions. Hypnotherapy focuses awareness deeply within inducing a relaxed state that bypasses the limitations of the conscious mind.
The solutions to many of our problems are already within us but we need to know how to access them - Hypnotherapy and psychotherapy empower and accelerate this process. You can then make significant life changes at a rate and pace that feels safe for you. Energy set free can then be invested in more authentic, deeper relationships with family and friends.
With over 35 years experience I have developed many techniques to aid and accelerate this emotional healing process.
I continuously broaden and update my skills. In 2017 I qualified as a Shamanic practitioner with the Green Tara School of Shamanism in Navan. There are many Shamanic skills which greatly support my work.
I have recently added Breathwork and Somatic Therapy to my skills.
