I'm a qualified and accredited counsellor and psychotherapist and supervisor with almost 20 years experience of working in a one-to-one and group setting.  As a Humanistic and Integrative psychotherapist, I draw from a variety of approaches from my ‘‘therapeutic toolbox’’, including Clinical Hypnotherapy, Systemic & Family Constellations, Psychosomatic Bodywork, Pre and Perinatal Psychology, Creative Expressive Arts and Trauma Recovery.The focus of my work is to empower you to gain awareness, new perspectives and see patterns and issues in a fresh light. The process offers you a very powerful way to experience real change and break habits, patterns, trauma and fears so that you can move forward to live a more authentic, peaceful life and move towards fulfilling your own innate potential.
